Silver, four bezel set cat's eye aquamarine cabochons
Would I call this my very best work? No. Am I proud of them? Very much so. It was my first attempt at constructing a bezel setting. I learned the hard way not to set cabochons on a curved surface. I don't wear them because the settings aren't secure enough, but I love looking at them and remembering what went into making them. They were definitely a learning experience, and a fun one, when it came to hand fabricating. I have been asked if I would remake the piece in Rhino knowing what I know now about designing. I could but I don't want to, at least for now.
